LEADERSHIP

The San Diego AGA board is made up of leaders in Government Contracting, with proficiencies in Audit, Compliance, Accounting, Contracts, Pricing, Billing and Program Management.  The boards skillset is focused in FAR and CAS, including full rate lifecycle support, Forward Pricing to Incurred Cost Proposals, DCAA audit support, and DCMA negotiations and settlement support.

Michelle Foley is an auditor at LevitZacks Certified Public Accountants.  She is an experienced business professional with over 25 years of accounting and finance experience in both the commercial and U.S. Government business sectors.  Prior to joining LevitZacks, Michelle was the Director of Finance & Contracts for a San Diego based defense contractor.  Michelle received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, with an emphasis in Accounting, from Aquinas College, Grand Rapids, MI.  She is a licensed CPA and holds a professional certificate in Contract Management from San Diego State University.

Jenny King is the Accounting Manager at Sentek Global, a San Diego cybersecurity company that supports the Department of Defense. At Sentek, Jenny manages the AR department and serves as the DCAA compliance manager overseeing audits and incurred cost submissions. She has worked in Government Accounting and Compliance for 10+ years supporting small and large companies. Jenny received her JD from the University of San Diego, her MBA in Finance from Purdue and her BA from University of California, Berkeley. This is her 2nd year as a Board Member.

Since 2011 Lisa has shared responsibilities for accounting and contracts at Trevet Inc. in San Diego California.  She has worked predominately for government contractors for 30 plus years. Lisa worked for Fairchild Aerospace Fasteners in Torrance, California and Information Systems Laboratories in San Diego, California. Having worked for small businesses for the greater part of her career, she is constantly trying to define what is required of a small business versus the larger contractors. Lisa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Information Systems. As a long time member of the San Diego Chapter of AGA, she is happy to be on the board to help bring interesting topics to the meetings. Lisa is currently pursuing her Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) with National Contract Management Association (NCMA). On the weekend, Lisa enjoys working with wildlife as a volunteer with Project Wildlife and the Oiled Wildlife Care Network.
